Do you take insurance?
I am now accepting Highmark insurance! If you are paying out of pocket, my fee is $150 for a 50 minute individual, couples or family session. If finances are an issue, ask me about my sliding scale.
Will my insurance pay for therapy?
If you don't have Highmark insurance, your insurance may have out of network benefits. Each plan has different rates of reimbursement and you will need to check with your insurance to find out more. You may also use HSA to pay for your sessions.
How often are sessions?
At my practice clients attend therapy once a week to maximize their progress. However, I am available for twice weekly or emergency sessions when needed. Typically I only see client's bi-weekly or less when they feel that they are close to meeting their therapeutic goals.
